Our stay was short and the time we spent was great due to weather co- operating so we were able to do shopping and a wine tour. We loved that we could use the pool and outside hot spring and steam bath.
We found that the reservations were somewhat mixed up. Four women in 2 double bed occupancy was not good. We actually asked for king. The thing that was hard on the older ladies was the stairs and confusion of hallways without clear markings. Other people were saying the same comments....you need bread crumbs when you go from place to place. The halls and stairs are too much for older people. We would choose to be in a one level hotel next time or one with elevators and clear directions.

The traditional room with a gas fireplace and Jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. the inclusion of a hairdryer, shower cap, and bath sheets was a bonus. - the venue's central location made it convenient for exploring restaurants, pubs, historic Niagara-on-the-Lake, and nearby wineries.

Overall ambience. We had a very pleasant afternoon relaxing at the pool. We were thrilled that the hotel provided a shuttle to the theatre.
Safe in room did not work.

The conference center is cosy, elegant and well organized.
The pool area is a bit too small for the capacity of the conference center. The air conditioners should be upgraded to be less noisy.
